Upon receiving an order, the supplier sends an order response back to the chains with information about what can be delivered. When the items are picked from the warehouse, a packing slip is sent.
When the items are physically sent, the electronic trading process is concluded by sending an electronic invoice to the chains. The invoice is automatically generated based on the packing slip.
