Our operative management consists of the CEO, the Group Executive Management and the related business organizations
The CEO is appointed by the Board and is responsible for the Group’s operative management, internal efficiency and quality. The CEO is assisted by the Group Executive Management, which includes heads of businesses as well as Head of HR, Head of Strategy and CFO.
Endre Rangnes
Interim CEO
Endre brings with him close to three decades of experience from the technology sector, specifically from fintech businesses, including various CEO positions. He has been on Tietoevry's Board since 2014. Owing to his long contribution in the company, Endre has gained extensive insights into the company. He was appointed interim CEO effective 5 May 2025.
Mario Blazevic
Interim Managing Director, Tietoevry Banking
Mario has previously held several senior leadership positions within the Banking business at Tietoevry and EVRY. He also brings with him solid international experience from various management positions in software engineering since 2001.
Cosimo De Carlo
Managing Director, Tietoevry Create
Cosimo joined Tietoevry in 2024 as the Managing Director of Tietoevry Create, bringing extensive leadership experience from the engineering services industry, most recently from EDAG Group and Capgemini Engineering.
Kishore Ghadiyaram
Head of Strategy
Kishore joined Tieto in 2008 and has long experience in strategic planning. Various management positions prior to joining Tieto include ten years at Tata Consultancy Services.
Carsten Henke
Managing Director, Tietoevry Industry
Carsten enters the role after working 28 years for Tietoevry, including various leadership roles, latest as the Head of Pulp, Paper & Fibre business unit.
Tomi Hyryläinen
Chief Financial Officer
Tomi joined Tieto in 2018, following a long career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has gained broad international experience, working for example in Sweden and in Silicon Valley, US.
Ari Järvelä
Managing Director, Tietoevry Care
Ari has worked with Tieto since 2001, in various management positions across industries, as head of Finland and the Baltics area, and as the head of Data-Driven Businesses among others.
Satu Kiiskinen
Managing Director, Tietoevry Tech Services
Satu joined Tieto in 2013, following various management positions with Elisa, Bearing Point, Netigy and KPMG.
Trond Vinje
Head of HR
Trond joined EVRY in 2015, following various management positions with Scandic Hotels, ISS Facility Services and Accenture.
