As part of our efforts to advance equality, we are now partnering with Pride in Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Our people are the key to the company’s success and our aim is to create an inspiring place to work for our 24,000 employees globally. We work hard every day to create a culture based on continuous learning, diversity and inclusion. Truly equal opportunities can only be achieved when differences are valued and diversity is taken into account in everything we do.
We believe in having a truly eclectic mix of people in our personnel – looking beyond sex, gender identity, nationality, religion, belief system, race, age, disability, sexual orientation, political opinion, union membership or social or ethnic origin. We want to have a work environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully, have equal access to opportunities and resources, and can contribute fully to the organization’s success.
Our ambition is to be inclusive for all – majorities and minorities alike. As part of our work to advance diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities in the working life and in society at large, TietoEVRY is this year partnering with Pride organizations in Finland, Sweden and Norway to support the equal opportunities of the LGBT+ community.
- Partnering with Pride reflects our values of openness, trust and diversity, and we want to contribute to making a positive change in society. We strive to build a workplace where everyone is welcome just as they are, and we are proud to speak openly on our commitment to these values. With diverse teams, we can create more innovative solutions for our diverse customers and users. We are extremely happy to continue the great local collaboration with the Pride organizations by taking our support to a Nordic level and proudly standing up for what we think is right, states Trond Vinje, Head of HR at TietoEVRY.

TietoEVRY has committed to diversity and inclusion as a part of the company’s sustainability game plan 2023 “Upgrading tomorrow”. Diversity and inclusion are the key elements shaping the company culture. For example, our managers are currently going through training in our Culture Code to be able to act as role models for our culture.
We also run local and global trainings on unconscious bias and invite guest speakers to share their experiences on diversity and inclusion. A community of passionate employees are fostering continuous dialogue on the topics in our internal social collaboration platform.
Everyone has the right to feel valued just as they are - and it takes all of us to make this happen every day.
