Tietoevry Banking’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has been named the best customer service provider in financial services by Brilliant Future. The winning BPO organization handles over 60.000 credit applications and managing a total of 30 billion SEK in the stock portfolio for lending and leasing products each month. This marks the sixth consecutive time Tietoevry Banking has been ranked among the top three in this category.
