The challenge

Flexible solution for different needs

The Savings Bank Group's primary objective has been to offer customers an easy way to book meetings, either traditionally at a branch or digitally online and by phone. In developing the meeting reservation system, the aim was to make it easy and smooth for customers, the central customer service and bank staff to use. The development also aimed to distribute appointments evenly between the different branches and staff in order to make use of all available time.

The solution

A smoother and more efficient meeting reservation tool

The Savings Bank Group's meeting reservation system has been developed to be as user-friendly and seamless as possible for customers, so that an existing or potential new customer can easily find a meeting online or in an office. Meetings can be easily searched by location or meeting subject, for example. The development work has also taken into account the Savings Bank's customer service and staff, so that the tool also makes their everyday life easier. It also helps to distribute time evenly between the different offices and staff, so that all available time is used.
